2012 Murals: A Year in Photos

We have all survived the doomsday predictions! I hope you are not surprised. Here are some of  my 2012 highlights in photos:

Tropical Escape

When the rain continues more than three days, I daydream of sunny, warmer climates. I was spoiled by the weather in Southern California, where I was raised. Here is a mural I painted poolside at an apartment complex in downtown Palo Alto, inspired by a sunny tropical garden in Mexico. New Mural in Downtown Los Altos!

Last week I gave the Cranberry Scoop girl in downtown Los Altos a makeover. The colors on the mural were mostly shades of grey, and the paint was fairly falling off the walls after 25 years in a full sun location. Here are the before and after makeover photos:

This year instead of resolutions, may I recommend you take the easy path: no resolutions, just write down your dreams for 2013. Pick stuff that really rings your bell. Post them on your favorite wall. Note to past clients: I hope this would be the wall I painted a mural on! My experience has been that when we start to live out our dreams, the universe smiles back with support. Let the magic come pouring in! Happy New Year!

Blessings to you!
