Pink Princess Mural for Girl’s Room

The mural that was inspired by a dress! Kate had a really clear vision about what she wanted: “I want my mural to look like this princess dress”. Her mom and I were trying to interpret that, and come up with different directions, and whenever we went back to Kate for approval, she would just point to the dress and say, “I want it like the dress.” Gold, hot pink, layers of fabric, and as creative director she never swayed from her vision. At 3, she was the one keeping us focused on the goal, and I think with great results! I love a girl who knows what she wants, it makes my job easy. This mural is a perfect backdrop for a princess as sweet as they come.
